We quickly develop an open dialogue that sets an informal relaxed tone for the whole of the project. With this approach we believe virtually nothing is impossible.

Our initial plan has two functions – first to excite, then to inform. It’s a discussion document, which follows a briefing meeting. It lets you know that we are on the right track. Once agreed, we will then produce service drawings for your contractors so that everything is in the correct positions prior to our installation.

The duration of any project depends on the scope and complexity of the scheme.Once final plans are approved, the project manager creates a ‘real-time’ completion programme. This ensures you will always know what is happening and when. All our project teams comprise of time served, experienced professionals. The daily schedule helps ensure that different trades are synchronised to work together or to closely follow on. Our aim is to achieve optimum efficiency and minimum disruption.
